Hotel Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Hotel Sales and Marketing Executive in Sagana within the hospitality industry. The role focuses on growing bookings and brand visibility through targeted sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
• Promote the hotel through digital and traditional channels to attract local and international guests.
• Represent the hotel in sales calls, exhibitions and trade events to generate leads and build partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents and multinational organisations, and identify new corporate accounts.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts and partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, booking trends and competitor activity for senior management.
• Create and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the reservations team for a smooth booking process, track customer feedback and address concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to serve international clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in running marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt to market trends.
