Human Resources Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to work remotely on a part‑time basis. The role supports a global staffing and recruiting leader by handling employee inquiries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local labor regulations.
• Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a human resources or related support role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Familiarity with HR information systems or databases (preferred).
