Human Resources Manager – Remote (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting client on a part‑time, remote basis. The role focuses on answering employee questions, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
• Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Prior experience in an HR support or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
