Human Resources Officer – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this position you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to supporting development and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to secure high‑quality candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
• Identify training needs and organise learning and development activities.
• Oversee performance management processes, including reviews and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and track key metrics to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer with full‑cycle recruitment exposure.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
