Global Sr. Manager, Learning & Career Development

About the role

VisionSpring is seeking a strategic Global Sr. Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of learning experiences that accelerate employee growth, leadership readiness, and organizational capability across its worldwide workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute VisionSpring’s global learning, capability, and career development strategy in partnership with senior leaders.
• Create competency frameworks and structured learning pathways that align with business priorities and talent mobility goals.
• Design and deliver engaging curricula—including classroom, virtual, e‑learning, coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments—to shorten time‑to‑competency.
• Serve as steward of VisionSpring Academy, overseeing the learning portfolio, assessment design, and impact measurement.
• Lead cross‑functional global projects, ensuring consistent implementation across culturally diverse regions.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to design competency‑based learning journeys that improve performance and reduce onboarding time.
• Extensive experience creating curriculum architectures, learning pathways, and capability frameworks for multiple career stages.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering global initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Excellent analytical abilities to measure learning effectiveness, capability growth, and business impact.
