ICT Internship – Business Applications Support

About the role

The ICT Internship offers hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining a range of business applications, including the Institutional Management Information System, HRIS, ERP, intranet, and electronic document management. You will assist with database administration, system monitoring, and user support while adhering to MESPT’s ICT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing and validating functional and non‑functional business requirements.
• Support system monitoring, early issue detection, and incident resolution.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and API integration support.
• Help with database backups, restores, and configuration of continuity measures.
• Provide user training, demos, and documentation for business applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Minimum one year of hands‑on application development experience.
• Salesforce certifications (administrator and platform developer) are an advantage.
• Full‑time availability and strong problem‑solving attitude.
