Product Manager for Enterprise Software

About the role

We are looking for a technically fluent Product Manager to bridge customers, advisory teams and engineers, turning real‑world client needs into shipped features for both internal products and customer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the connective tissue between customers, advisory teams and engineering, ensuring clear translation of needs.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for internal products and active customer engagements.
• Step in as the de‑facto Product Owner for customers lacking one, managing backlogs and day‑to‑day decisions.
• Translate technical and business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Mock up flows and screens in Figma and build quick proof‑of‑concepts to visualise product vision.
• Partner closely with engineering to ship features end‑to‑end, making trade‑off decisions.
• Join customer conversations to identify gaps, validate solutions and stay close to actual needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, spec writing, prototyping and data analysis.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, feeding field insight back into engineering priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise B2B software or client‑facing technical delivery.
• Comfortable operating as a Product Owner, running backlog grooming and writing acceptance criteria.
• Hands‑on experience in Figma or similar design tools to create clickable mockups or POCs.
• Technical fluency: able to read architecture diagrams, understand APIs and integrations, and discuss technical challenges with engineers.
• Data‑driven decision making using experimentation and metrics.
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate workflow and share best practices.
