Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a relationship‑driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our Restaurant & Hospitality business. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships, influencing decisions, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling rather than hard‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business and consistently achieve an annual revenue quota through specification wins, dealer‑supported sales, and territory growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, restaurant dealers, corporate end users, and internal teams.
• Develop new opportunities via prospecting, inbound leads, dealer networks, referrals, and project databases.
• Monitor industry publications, project databases, and market trends to identify new opportunities and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Customer Success, and Outside Sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and represent the company at trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in quota‑driven, specification, or relationship‑based B2B sales; dealer‑focused experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to win and support customer success.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction documents.
