Inside Sales Representative – Restaurant & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a relationship‑driven Inside Sales Representative to grow our Restaurant & Hospitality business. The role is quota‑carrying and focuses on building strong professional relationships, influencing decisions, and winning through collaboration rather than hard selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business and drive new specification wins, revenue growth, and dealer‑supported sales.
• Carry and consistently achieve an annual revenue quota aligned to specifications, dealer sales, and territory expansion.
• Develop new opportunities through prospecting, inbound leads, dealer networks, referrals, and project databases.
• Deliver product presentations and support dealers throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, restaurant dealers, corporate end users, and internal teams.
• Monitor industry publications, project databases, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Gather customer and dealer feedback to refine sales strategy.
• Partner with Marketing, Technical, Customer Success, and Outside Sales teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and represent the company at trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in quota‑driven, specification, or relationship‑based B2B sales; dealer‑focused experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to win and support customer success.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction documents.
