Upwork Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Upwork Specialist to drive our lead generation pipeline, craft compelling proposals, and turn job posts into booked discovery calls. This position focuses on converting Upwork opportunities into qualified sales conversations for our core agency services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Upwork lead generation pipeline from initial bidding through to scheduled interviews.
• Write customized, high‑converting proposals that align with client requirements.
• Handle initial client communications and chat interactions to secure discovery calls.
• Pitch agency services including Web Development, AI Integration, UI/UX Design, and Digital Transformation.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure smooth handoffs and successful deal closures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Upwork lead generation for IT agencies or freelancers.
• Deep understanding of Web Development, AI Integration, UI/UX Design, and Digital Transformation services.
• Demonstrated high proposal‑to‑interview conversion rates.
• Excellent written English communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently identify high‑value opportunities and capture client attention.
