Inside Sales Representative – Remote (UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden)

About the role

As a member of the Business Development team at TFS HealthScience, you will work remotely to identify and generate sales opportunities for our clinical research services. You will support customers across the UK, Germany, Spain and Sweden, helping them achieve their development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies planning or conducting clinical studies to generate leads.
• Develop outreach strategies and create campaign materials.
• Source new opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to organise meetings, webinars and conferences.
• Route qualified prospects to the appropriate BD colleagues for further development.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn the clinical trials industry.
• Proven inside‑sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
