About the role
The Inspector will conduct pre‑shipment inspections for medical devices, ensuring compliance with Medline’s quality standards and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare inspection procedures and documents according to Medline’s schedule.
- Inspect products, conclude results, and submit inspection reports promptly.
- Provide detailed information and evidence to corporate QA and stakeholders on the same day of inspection.
- Identify quality risks, suggest corrective actions, and communicate errors to divisional QA/PM.
- Complete related documentation such as expenses and performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Adapt to work‑arrangement changes and perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- College degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of quality control experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to travel frequently.
