Inspector – Quality Control

About the role

The Inspector will conduct pre‑shipment inspections for medical devices, ensuring products meet Medline’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves preparing inspection procedures, documenting results, and communicating findings promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare inspection procedures and documents according to Medline’s schedule and conduct product inspections.
• Submit detailed inspection reports and share them with relevant stakeholders on time.
• Provide clear evidence to corporate QA for lot rejection or queries within the same day.
• Identify quality risks, suggest corrective actions, and help optimise inspection processes.
• Complete related administrative documents such as expense forms and performance reviews promptly.
• Adapt to work‑arrangement changes and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, honest and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn, self‑motivate and travel frequently.
