Insurance Sales Agent

About the role

The Insurance Sales Agent will drive the growth of last‑expense insurance products in Nairobi. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell last‑expense insurance to new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
• Conduct presentations that clearly explain product benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and support policy onboarding.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of insurance products, especially life or last‑expense policies.
