Insurance Salesperson (Part-Time)

About the role

Amaco Insurance, a Kenyan insurer offering general insurance solutions to individuals and businesses (motor, property, marine, liability and other commercial and personal lines), is hiring a part-time Insurance Salesperson in Westlands, Nairobi. The role is strictly commission-based.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure quality, sustainable business by identifying and engaging clients.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, cold calling and other lead-generation strategies.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance covers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, insurance or sales is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in insurance, business or marketing is an advantage but not a necessity.
• Candidates must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
