IT Architect / Senior IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Architect or Senior IT Specialist to join our close‑knit IT outsourcing team. You will design, develop and maintain client IT environments, covering endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, servers, networks and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ensure technical quality of customers' IT environments together with the team.
• Act as the technical partner for assigned clients, identifying needs, risks and proposing solutions.
• Participate in new client onboarding, migrations, and development projects as a technical designer or lead expert.
• Perform hands‑on technical work, investigations, documentation and resolve complex issues directly in client environments.
• Improve team services, standards, automation and security in collaboration with the wider organization.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other experts, reviewing solutions and raising overall team competence.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and identity management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and modern endpoint management.
• Solid knowledge of Windows workstations lifecycle, updates and security.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO.
• Understanding of server maintenance, monitoring, backup and patch management.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPN and wireless solutions.
• Hands‑on security implementation (hardening, permissions, MFA, Conditional Access, logging, vulnerability management).
