IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, security, and support operations. The role involves ensuring high availability of systems, protecting data, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate network infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), server hardware, and core enterprise applications to maintain uptime.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, data backups, disaster recovery plans, and access controls in line with industry standards.
• Manage the internal IT support team, set service level agreements, and resolve software, hardware, and user access issues for hybrid or remote teams.
• Plan and execute the annual IT budget, handle vendor relationships, hardware procurement, and software licensing to maximize ROI.
• Establish IT standard operating procedures, data governance policies, and employee security awareness training.
• Lead technology rollouts, software integrations, and infrastructure migration projects from planning through deployment.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of progressive IT experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with identity management platforms (Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft 365), networking equipment, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong vendor negotiation, problem‑solving, project management, and cross‑functional communication abilities.
