IT Project Manager – Enterprise Systems

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead its digital transformation initiatives, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise system projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IT project portfolio, including planning, resourcing, budgeting and risk management for each initiative.
• Coordinate delivery of enterprise system projects such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e‑commerce and fleet management solutions.
• Track milestones, dependencies and benefits realization against the CIO’s digital roadmap.
• Drive structured change management – communications, training and support – to secure user adoption post‑go‑live.
• Coordinate go‑live and hyper‑care support with project coordinators and technical support teams.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule and cost.
• Provide regular project status, risk and benefits reporting to the CIO and steering committees.
• Lead project coordinators, support staff and technical interns across concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience managing IT or digital transformation projects, preferably with enterprise system implementations.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
