About the role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Africa & Asia regional team and lead the delivery of technology initiatives across multiple markets, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define clear project scope, constraints and priorities to ensure delivery within timelines.
- Communicate intent through diagrams, sketches and outlines rather than exhaustive documentation.
- Engage with users, customer support and business stakeholders to understand needs and strategic direction.
- Pitch shaped work to leadership for upcoming development cycles.
- Identify potential technical issues early and collaborate with senior developers to validate feasibility.
- Review delivered work against original intent and stakeholder needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in fintech or fast‑paced environments.
- Systems thinking with ability to see how features fit into the bigger picture.
- UX and technical awareness to sketch interface ideas and understand implementation.
- Customer‑centric mindset and comfort with trade‑offs to meet time constraints.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
