IT Support Analyst – Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented IT Support Analyst to deliver reliable technical assistance for hardware and software environments. You will ensure smooth operation of core IT services by configuring devices, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting end users in line with our incident and request management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and configure computers with operating systems, drivers, and network settings.
• Install and configure Microsoft Office 365 and standard business applications.
• Create and manage user accounts in Windows and Office 365.
• Identify and resolve basic hardware issues and diagnose network performance using ping, tracert, and DNS tools.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting and ensure optimal network configurations.
• Track IT asset assignments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with equipment relocation and setup across multiple locations.
• Manage tickets through ITSM tools, documenting and closing requests according to procedures.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of hardware components (CPU, RAM, battery, etc.).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Use of troubleshooting tools such as ping, tracert, and DNS.
