About the role
NTU International is seeking a Junior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert to support the “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho” project. The role will involve assisting the project team in tracking progress, collecting data, and contributing to performance analysis over a 48‑month implementation period, starting expected January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Support monitoring missions and field data collection activities.
- Assist in reviewing project indicators and assessing performance against targets.
- Prepare monitoring reports and contribute to results analysis for EU delegation review.
- Collaborate with senior experts to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded projects is a plus.
- Ability to work on short‑term, on‑demand assignments.
