Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our Nairobi team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and setting up discovery meetings to support the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email and follow‑up communications.
• Establish initial contact with key decision‑makers and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Representatives.
• Maintain active engagement with prospects and nurture opportunities throughout the pipeline.
• Research markets, segment and prioritize prospects based on potential.
• Accurately record activities, pipeline status and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly activity metrics such as calls, conversations and qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone presence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
