Key Account Manager – Digital Marketing & Cloud

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at TRKKN, you will work with leading Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platform solutions to help clients accelerate their digital transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction while driving commercial growth across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Proactively drive TRKKN’s commercial growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external tech partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct account analyses, business reviews, and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance digital maturity.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and address any issues promptly.
• Stay informed on industry trends to offer relevant, up‑to‑date support.

Required profile

• Solid experience in account management within the tech or digital marketing industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German (minimum C1).
• Strong project‑management abilities with a detail‑oriented, organized approach.
• Self‑starter mindset with a drive to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%).
