Knowledge Management Consultant – Gender Equality (Remote)

About the role

This consultancy aims to strengthen UNICEF’s knowledge management on gender equality and support the implementation of the UGEAP 2026–2029. The consultant will develop, curate and disseminate gender‑related knowledge products, facilitate knowledge exchange and capacity building, and promote mutual learning across UNICEF.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, curate and disseminate gender‑related knowledge products and tools.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange, webinars and training sessions to build capacity.
• Promote mutual learning and improve visibility, accessibility and use of gender‑related evidence and good practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Communications, International Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in knowledge management, digital collaboration platforms or communications, preferably within the UN system or international development.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Strong information architecture and content design capabilities.
• Experience organizing and delivering webinars and training sessions.
