Lead Engineer – Endpoint Management (India/Malaysia)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to drive modern endpoint management across our enterprise environment. The role will focus on Microsoft Intune, automation‑first application packaging, security policy enforcement, and endpoint analytics using Nexthink.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows 11 and macOS devices, including configuration profiles, compliance policies and security baselines.
• Lead enterprise application packaging using IntuneWin and MSIX, building automation pipelines in Azure DevOps and PowerShell scripts for build, test, sign and deploy.
• Deploy and operate Nexthink for endpoint analytics, analysing performance and user experience data to drive improvements.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security policies, working with Cyber Security and Risk teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Provide L3/L4 support for complex endpoint, Intune and deployment issues, performing root‑cause analysis and documenting solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards and runbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 and macOS endpoint management.
• Strong background in application packaging automation (IntuneWin, MSIX) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Nexthink or similar endpoint analytics tools.
• Ability to work in large, enterprise‑scale environments with a focus on stability, security and user experience.
