Lead IT Change & Interventions

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Lead, IT Change & Interventions to join its global Transformation Delivery (TDIT) team. The role focuses on overseeing testing activities and ensuring smooth delivery of IT change initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing, cut‑over and data‑migration activities for transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project leadership to define test approaches, scope and scenarios.
• Resolve IT‑related roadblocks that arise during transformation projects, creating sub‑projects or change requests as needed.
• Manage IT projects outside the formal transformation portfolio, such as Citrix migration and Microsoft shared tenancy implementations.
• Identify business risks, dependencies and delivery issues, ensuring adherence to governance and standards.
• Provide oversight for IT planning, delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT change management and intervention roles.
• Strong focus on testing within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, PMO and business functions.
• Experience handling IT roadblocks and delivering corrective actions.
