Lead Midterm Review Consultant – GEF FARM Programme

About the role
The Lead Midterm Review Consultant will support UNEP’s Industry and Economy Division, Chemicals and Health branch, and the GEF C&GC Unit by conducting the mid‑term review of the FARM project (GEF ID 10903) and assessing programme‑level outcomes of the FARM Programme (GEF ID 10872).
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and execution of the mid‑term review for the FARM project.
- Analyse and evaluate the programme‑level results of the FARM Programme.
- Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve coordination, knowledge management and financing tools.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in programme evaluation, environmental policy or related fields.
