Lead, Technical Materials, ASE, Tooling & Facilities

About the role

Lead the technical materials, ASE, tooling and facilities function, providing guidance for new and enhanced systems while delivering efficient solutions to meet aviation maintenance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials for maintenance continuity.
• Develop and implement warehouse storage and distribution strategies for technical materials, equipment and tools.
• Monitor outsourced maintenance contractor performance against SLA agreements and chair regular review forums.
• Manage day‑to‑day sub‑ledger asset management and global consignment of materials.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in material management or supply chain, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Commercial and financial acumen with proven team optimisation skills.
• Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computerized inventory control systems.
• Expert knowledge of aviation processes, component handling and supply chain management.
• Understanding of aircraft parts airworthiness certification (EASA, FAA) and KCAA/customs regulations.
