About the role

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term leadership position (0.6 FTE) within the collaborative leadership team at Warradale Primary School. The role focuses on coordinating the R‑6 curriculum and pedagogy, ensuring consistent delivery of reading and numeracy instruction across the school.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align the R‑6 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
• Lead a site‑improvement team to embed consistent reading and number‑fluency instruction.
• Track, monitor, and report on student progress in literacy and numeracy.
• Line‑manage a small group of identified teachers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the broader leadership team to drive school‑wide improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate work days and flexible arrangements as required.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in primary education.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence teaching practice.
