Leader Band B-1 Coordinator – Wellbeing & Inclusive Education

About the role

The Leader Band B-1 Coordinator will oversee wellbeing and inclusive education initiatives at Ridgehaven Primary School. This full‑time, fixed‑term role runs from July 2026 to January 2027 and offers the possibility of part‑time or flexible arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote student wellbeing across the school.
• Lead inclusive education practices, ensuring all learners receive appropriate support.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and external partners to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and report outcomes to school leadership.
• Provide professional development and coaching for staff on inclusive practices.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and current teacher registration.
• Demonstrated experience in wellbeing or inclusive education within a school setting.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
