Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead our remote employee growth initiatives. In this fully remote position you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning across our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D programs with business goals.
• Develop engaging curricula, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning content for a distributed audience.
• Own and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive, and properly tracked.
• Forecast, monitor, and optimise the annual L&D budget; negotiate with external training vendors.
• Analyse training metrics, conduct skills audits, and measure ROI to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with HR and managers to create leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks that boost internal talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of L&D experience, including at least 2 years in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies, and instructional design principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
