About the role
Sauti Contact Center is hiring a Level Two Technical Support Specialist in Nairobi. The specialist provides advanced technical assistance to customers and internal teams, working closely with Level One support and other departments to resolve complex technical issues. The company is focused on client experience and wants someone who can help meet clients' technical support needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, focusing on resolving complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
Required skills
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Installing software on servers.
- Public cloud environments (Google, Azure and AWS).
- Remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
