Life Insurance Financial Advisor (30 Needed)

About the role

Brites Management Services is recruiting 30 full-time Life Insurance Financial Advisors for its Mombasa, Ukunda and Malindi area. The role combines sales, client advisory and compliance in life insurance, with a base pay of KShs 10,000 plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and field activities, and promote life insurance products to prospective clients.
• Assess clients' financial protection, savings and life insurance needs and explain policy terms, premiums, benefits and exclusions clearly.
• Build a steady pipeline of prospects and existing clients, follow up leads and support retention and policy persistency.
• Complete client application forms, keep accurate records of prospects and sales activity, and follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Take part in market research, community outreach and promotional events, and report sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, direct sales or business development is an added advantage.
• Candidates with proven sales ability from other industries are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales and financial advisory, good communication skills, and willingness to do field-based sales.
• Professional, motivated and target-driven.
