About the role
Careplex Limited is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to work on a locum basis, providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes across Kakamega County. The role supports individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic illnesses, or requiring palliative care, ensuring they receive dignified and compassionate support in a familiar environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Administer medication and monitor patients’ health status.
- Support post‑operative, elderly, chronic‑illness and palliative‑care patients.
- Educate and assist patients and their families with care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council practicing licence.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Compassionate, professional and reliable attitude.
- Experience in home‑based care is an advantage.
Required skills
- Administer medication.
- Monitor patient well‑being.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
