Lodge Manager

About the role

The Lodge Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations of Puya Lodge, ensuring guests receive exceptional service across accommodation, conference facilities, cyber café, car‑wash and the new gym unit. Reporting to the Director, the role combines operational oversight with revenue growth and staff leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance of all revenue‑generating units, meeting sales targets.
• Plan and execute marketing and public‑relations activities.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to set objectives and review progress.
• Monitor staff performance, enforce policies, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Oversee procurement, stock levels, and budgeting for consumables.
• Supervise departmental heads for accommodation, car‑wash, and cyber‑café.
• Ensure health‑and‑safety compliance and conduct minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate records, renew licences, and manage tax and statutory obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of management experience in hospitality or related sectors.
• Mid‑level qualification with proven ability to lead teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple profit units and introduce new services.
