Machine Operator Intern

About the role

Print Shop is seeking motivated recent graduates for a three‑month Machine Operator Internship. The role offers hands‑on exposure to printing and production equipment within a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trained operators in setting up and operating printing and finishing equipment.
• Prepare materials and files for production and monitor print jobs to ensure quality standards.
• Support finishing activities such as cutting, binding, and laminating.
• Learn basic machine checks, routine maintenance procedures, and maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Report equipment or production issues promptly to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Production, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in printing technology, machinery, and production operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn how to operate different printing and finishing equipment.
