Manager, Business Development

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead sales distribution for the private banking segment, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. You will build strategic relationships, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and act as a key point of contact for both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and sign up new private banking clients.
• Retain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Cross‑sell a range of bank products and services.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and report results.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in Business, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant professional qualification (IIK or ACII) and membership of a professional body.
• 5‑7 years of experience in insurance sales with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
