Manager – Customer Lifecycle Management & Campaigns

About the role

SPIRO, Africa's leading electric mobility company, is hiring a Manager – Customer Lifecycle Management & Campaigns. The role owns end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns aimed at improving activation, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value across SPIRO's ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation stages.
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns via Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp and In-App channels.
• Build segmentation models and personalized customer journeys.
• Partner with Data, Product and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor lifecycle performance metrics and customer cohorts.
• Develop customer communication frameworks and engagement journeys.
• Analyze campaigns and derive actionable insights, and manage campaign calendars and automation workflows.
• Improve retention, repeat usage and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Management or Customer Engagement.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale customer campaigns.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Preferred: experience in Mobility, Fin-tech, Digital Commerce, Ride-Hailing, Logistics or Telecom, and exposure to African consumer markets.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
