Manager - Enterprise Technology & Performance

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for its Enterprise Technology & Performance practice within the Technology & Transformation Business Unit. Based in Nairobi, you will lead consulting engagements that help clients optimise technology landscapes and drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, budgeting and resource mobilisation.
• Define deliverable structures, ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery and manage engagement economics and risk.
• Facilitate executive‑level buy‑in of proposed solutions and maintain day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Develop and nurture high‑performing teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Identify business development opportunities, build relationships with senior decision‑makers and lead pursuit teams.
• Contribute to proposal development and support the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex consulting engagements in technology or performance domains.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of influencing senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant university degree; advanced qualifications are a plus.
