About the role
The Manager, Partnerships Card Issuing will drive growth of the card portfolio through strategic partnerships, enhance cardholder value, and ensure efficient implementation of partnership initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the card portfolio by establishing and expanding new partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, set up instalment plans and discount schemes, and manage their execution at partner locations.
- Lead the Card Partnership team, oversee people development, and reactivate lapsed partnerships.
- Handle partnership‑related queries from customers, branches, and partners, and provide product training.
- Manage NPL within the Card Business and ensure enterprise‑wide risk compliance (KYC, AML/CFT).
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in card issuing, with 2 years in sales/marketing and 1 year in card portfolio management.
- Experience in card services, Visa and MasterCard operations, and credit auditing.
