Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital content, and coordinating public‑relations activities. This role ensures brand consistency and helps drive the organization’s marketing objectives through efficient administrative and coordination support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of approved marketing campaigns, promotions and activations, coordinating timelines, materials and suppliers.
• Support day‑to‑day management of social media and digital platforms, including content scheduling and performance reporting.
• Help coordinate public‑relations activities, media requests and press material preparation.
• Contribute to the production of the quarterly company magazine by gathering content and liaising with designers and printers.
• Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and internal policies, preparing documentation for audits and ISO/HSSEQ requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and campaign effectiveness tracking.
• Assist in planning and logistics for events, exhibitions and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and performance summaries for management.
• Update marketing databases, contact lists and asset libraries.
• Provide administrative support such as briefing materials, meeting coordination and internal communications.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related role.
• Experience supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activations.
• Ability to coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
