Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative, digitally‑savvy Marketing Assistant to join our team in Kenya. The role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design, and who can help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging social‑media content aligned with brand guidelines and monitor audience interaction.
• Assist in website maintenance and the creation and distribution of newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create visual assets for social media, digital platforms, and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including catalogues, brochures, and newsletters.
• Liaise with agencies, printers, and suppliers; process purchase orders and track marketing budgets.
• Provide administrative support for internal events and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
