Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Tramigo Africa is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its fast‑moving team in Nairobi. You will work directly with the CEO and sales teams across the continent, turning ideas into concrete marketing assets that help win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Create proposals, presentations, campaigns, website content and sales materials.
• Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to understand client needs and support deal closure.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and improve the quality of deliverables.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual detail across all marketing outputs.

Required profile

• Excellent written English and a strong eye for design and branding.
• Proactive attitude – identifies opportunities and drives initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Positive, practical and enjoyable to work with.

Required skills
