Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead brand visibility and digital initiatives for the BINAA Showroom and the broader BINAA Building ecosystem. The role combines strategic planning, creative production, and performance‑driven marketing to strengthen our position in the high‑quality building finishes market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and annual marketing plan for BINAA Showroom and the BINAA Building.
• Oversee all creative output, including digital marketing, website updates, paid advertising, SEO, and performance reporting.
• Produce and manage social‑media content, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate out‑of‑home advertising, media placements, and other brand‑visibility initiatives.
• Plan and run showroom events, activations, partnerships, and influencer engagements.
• Design and maintain CRM workflows, lead‑nurturing programs, and customer segmentation campaigns.
• Handle public‑relations activities, press releases, and industry relationships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective spend.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in interiors, architecture or retail.
• Strong creative and analytical mindset with excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and able to work independently.
