Marketing Intern – Admissions Team

About the role

Join Enko Education as a Marketing Intern on the Admissions team at Kitengela International Schools (KISC). You will be the first point of contact for prospective families, turning inbound enquiries into campus visits and ultimately new enrolments while building the school’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media within agreed SLA.
• Qualify leads using a structured script, log interactions and update pipeline stages in Pipedrive.
• Book and confirm campus visits, briefing the Admission Manager before each tour.
• Create and schedule monthly social‑media content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp using Canva and AI writing tools.
• Produce newsletters, brochures, event flyers and capture school events with basic photography and video.
• Support end‑to‑end enrollment‑season campaigns, open days and school events, including post‑event reporting.
• Report weekly on lead volume, response times, qualification rates and conversion metrics.
