Marketing Intern

About the role

Join Enko Education as a Marketing Intern at Kitengela International Schools (KISC) and work at the crossroads of admissions and digital marketing. You will be the first point of contact for prospective families, help shape the school’s online presence, and support enrollment campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media, qualify leads and schedule campus visits.
• Maintain and update lead information in the Pipedrive CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline stages and data hygiene.
• Produce and schedule social media content (posts, stories, reels, newsletters) using Canva and AI writing tools for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Capture school events, campus life and student activities through basic photography and video for marketing use.
• Draft parent‑facing communications such as newsletters, open‑day invitations and campaign follow‑ups.
• Assist with end‑to‑end enrollment‑season campaigns, open days and school events, including post‑event reporting.
• Conduct competitor research and report on positioning.
