Marketing Lead

About the role

The Marketing Lead will shape and execute Jibu Kenya’s marketing strategy, driving digital engagement, brand awareness and conversion growth. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the role operates autonomously to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital campaigns across social media, email and web, managing content calendars and measuring reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, leads and e‑commerce conversions.
• Plan, onboard and manage sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations, organising events that generate qualified leads and tracking their performance.
• Ensure high‑quality franchisee and customer support through Freshdesk, creating QA checklists and monitoring audit pass rates.
• Enforce Jibu brand, signage and merchandising standards across all locations, coordinating NPS and secret‑shopper surveys and implementing corrective actions.
• Align marketing programmes with the OpCo annual plan, leading campaign planning, execution and on‑time delivery while maintaining a clear brand and messaging strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management or related roles.
• Proven success managing social media campaigns, content creation and partnership programmes.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
