About the role
The Sacco is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead its growth agenda, increase visibility, recruit new members, reactivate dormant members and grow the loan book, deposits and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual marketing and communications plan and budget aligned to the Sacco's strategic plan.
- Manage the Sacco's website, social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp and other digital channels, running targeted online campaigns for member recruitment and loan product promotion.
- Plan and run roadshows, community events, sponsorships, trade fairs and public relations activities to raise awareness.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit individuals, SMEs, employer groups, youth and diaspora members and manage an agent or ambassador network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow loan disbursements, deposits and non‑interest income, cross‑selling the Sacco's full range of products.
