Marketing Manager – Safari & Adventure Group, Nairobi

About the role

A leading safari and adventure group specialising in wildlife experiences across East Africa is recruiting a Marketing Manager for its Nairobi office. The role works closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and covers brand, content, trade and partnerships, translating brand direction into campaigns and execution across non-digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints, including tone, visual identity and messaging, while supporting brand evolution
• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns across trade, PR, partnerships and content
• Collaborate with the Storytelling Lead to shape narratives and maintain editorial standards
• Drive trade initiatives, develop sales tools and align brand messaging with partner communications
• Coordinate with PR teams on messaging and press activities across owned and earned channels
• Oversee the Storytelling Lead and Marketing Assistant, ensuring clear workflows and timely delivery
• Support annual planning, manage campaign budgets and monitor performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5-8+ years' experience in luxury hospitality, travel or lifestyle marketing
• Proven experience managing multi-channel (mainly non-digital) campaigns
• Strong brand instinct with high visual sensitivity, highly organised and collaborative
