Marketing & Project Operations Assistant – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Marketing & Project Operations Assistant to support our construction business. This part‑time remote position blends light marketing duties with hands‑on project coordination, ensuring our online presence stays active while keeping project information accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social media content across all active platforms.
• Draft and send email newsletters to clients and prospects.
• Assist in creating and repurposing visual content from project photos and testimonials.
• Support event planning and promotion as part of the marketing strategy.
• Manage client selections, procurement tracking, and project schedules in Buildertrend.
• Update daily logs, client portal information, and permit status within Buildertrend.
• Track allowances, coordinate dumpster logistics, and gather subcontractor quotes.
• Monitor outstanding items across projects and proactively follow up to keep work progressing.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills reflecting a professional brand voice.
• Ability to work independently without constant direction.
